Remembrance

Today, four of our Year 6 Children took the School's Remembrance poppies to the War Memorial at St Mary's Church.
The children in year 2-6 created the poppy cross, each writing their message of thanks onto the poppy. The children in EYFS and Year 1 created the poppy heart, which was first placed on the war grave and then inside the Church to hang by the names of those who lost their lives.
The children were very respectful, as they placed their tributes. Thank you to Reverend Dyson for allowing the children the opportunity.
